Silverfin™ Group operates the website, which is a promotional website for the Silverfin™ Fish Cake product, the first ever invasive species processed as a value-added food product and nationally distributed into institutional food marketplaces for human consumption, hereafter called "Service". In addition, the Eat the Problem! website offers an email newsletter which requires the user to provide us with their email address via web form on our website, hereinafter called “Newsletter”. There is also an optional email form on the website that allows users to submit their name and email address to suggest an eatery they wish to see serve the Silverfin™ Fish Cake product.
